BRIEF
In my role as Graphic Designer at Tally Weijl, I created the Marine Riviera collection. The collection was inspired by French nautical fashion, utilizing a classic red, white, and blue color palette. The objective was to design a bold collection where all the garments complemented each other. It also needed to include elements of Parisian style, which meant more simplicity shown in the graphics
ACTION
I designed the Graphic prints using Adobe Illustrator, vectorizing anchor motifs and combining them with bold typefaces for a French Riviera look. Additionally, licensed graphic placement prints were created, incorporating popular brands like Coca Cola. The all-over repeat prints featured small-scale hearts, flowers, and classic Breton stripes.
OUTCOME
The Marine Riviera collection achieved a cohesive and bold aesthetic. The Graphic Placement Prints captured the essence of classic nautical sweatshirts, while the all-over repeat prints provided versatility. The collection's design elements allowed customers to mix and match garments effortlessly, while the French-inspired theme added a touch of elegance and style.

All Over Repeat Print Designs
To complement the striking Graphic Placement Prints and compliment the essence of French nautical inspiration, the all-over repeat print designs featured dainty hearts, charming flowers, and timeless Breton stripes on a small scale. Employing a fluid drawing style, I arranged the elements closely, allowing customers to effortlessly pair the garments with their existing wardrobe. Leveraging Adobe Photoshop, I sketched the intricate details using the pencil tool, ensuring a seamless and straight match in the repeat pattern.
