COLOUR DEVELOPMENT

At On, I was solely responsible for all color development across the entire apparel line. I developed seasonal color palettes and managed around 800 swatches per season, ensuring color consistency across multiple fabrics and international suppliers. Collaborating closely with factories—primarily in Asia—I provided Pantone-matched guidance and technical feedback to overcome varying dye methods and timelines, ensuring cohesive and high-quality results.
