Designing a collection that works for Women, Kids, and Baby divisions. ACTION
By immersing myself in New Balance's classic styles and design principles, I integrated Cath Kidston's timeless prints into the footwear collection. I curated archive prints and carefully selected a vibrant spring-summer color palette for the soles, upper and toe. I created a blend of heritage and innovation, where the beauty of the past met the demands of modern performance.
OUTCOME
The New Balance x Cath Kidston collaboration achieved remarkable success, captivating consumers with its unique aesthetic and exceptional quality. The collection received remarkable sales and extensive media coverage, and appealed to a wide customer base. This showcased the remarkable synergy that arises when recognizable brands collaborate closely.

New Balance x Cath Kidston Collaboration: Dulwich Ditsy
During the collaborative project, I meticulously curated a range of Pantone shades that harmoniously complemented the chosen prints from Cath Kidston's archive. With Adobe Illustrator as my creative tool, I brought the vision to life, crafting the overall look and feel of the shoe design. In meetings with directors, I presented a variety of design options, showcasing the possibilities and discussing the merits of each. Through these collaborative discussions, we collectively shaped the final design, ensuring it met the high standards and creative vision of both brands.

New Balance x Cath Kidston Collaboration: FIRST COLLECTION
In the first collaborative project with New Balance, I chose a diverse range of prints, which required recoloring to create a cohesive collection. This included various styles and extended to both women's and kids' footwear. I curated and transformed the prints, ensuring that each design complemented the others, resulting in a unified collection. Through color selection and thoughtful recoloring, I achieved a seamless integration of patterns across multiple shoe styles.
